Pero la \u00faltima palabra siempre la tiene la normativa de cada ayuntamiento o comunidad aut\u00f3noma.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel panel-default\"><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h4 class=\"panel-title toggle\"><a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-12350-1\" data-target=\"#9dfa3c5a844d4c8bb\" href=\"#9dfa3c5a844d4c8bb\"><div class=\"fusion-toggle-icon-wrapper\"><i class=\"fa-fusion-box\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"fusion-toggle-heading\">Qu\u00e9 pasa si la ITE no es favorable?<\/div><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"9dfa3c5a844d4c8bb\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content\">\n<p>Si el t\u00e9cnico estima que el edificio no cumple los c\u00e1nones b\u00e1sicos de seguridad i\/o salubridad, la ITE ser\u00e0 desfavorable. De esta manera, el mismo t\u00e9cnico realizar\u00e1 un informe d\u00f3nde se especificar\u00e1n las deficiencias y las posibles soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, la comunidad se ver\u00e1 obligada a contratar un t\u00e9cnico, que puede ser el mismo, para que lleve a cabo las reformas necesarias y consiga la aprovaci\u00f3n de la ITE.
